Site Assemblage and Analysis
We can work to locate a site that meets each project's special needs. Depending on the nature of the project, this can include accumulating parcels of land, determining the site conditions that may effect project viability and identifying any usage restrictions. We can also make use recommendations for specific parcels through detailed and targeted market analysis.
We work as a liaison between the developer and the project architect to ensure that each design suits the developer's vision and budgetary goals.
Budget Projections and Deal Structuring
We can prepare development budgets and operating projections that include cash-flow analysis, appreciation, rates of return, risk level and tax benefits. These projections always consider the developer's specified objectives.
We have participated in numerous financial and ownership structures in our diverse real estate portfolio. In addition, we have established excellent relationships with both public and private financing sources, and can assemble a financing package that best suits the specific needs of the client.
Sales and Leasing
We have a highly-skilled marketing staff with experience in leasing for rental developments and real estate brokerage for condominiums, town houses and single-family homes.
