Maintenance – Company is seeking a Maintenance worker for our apartment buildings on the Southeast and Southwest Sides of Chicago. The position is full-time. The job candidate must know how to maintain the building and grounds, common areas and work areas. Candidates must be adept at performing repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and other household maintenance repairs. Good communication skills are needed.
