Accounts Payable Clerk

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Match invoices to receiving documents.
2. Post invoices into the computer system.
3. Processes/issues checks.
4. Files paid and unpaid invoices and statements.
5. Resolves outstanding balances.
6. Reconciles vendor inquiries.
7. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; two or more years related experience and/or training; detail-oriented; good with basic math; able to work in a team environment.
