Washington SRO formerly the Washington YMCA.

East Lake Management has procured and revitalized numerous buildings and properties over the years. The former Washington Park YMCA was a community landmark of historic significance. East Lake began rehabilitating the property that had fallen into disrepair over years of neglect, and successfully developed it into a low-cost single room occupancy property to serve much as the originally property of the YMCA had in that community for so long.
