The job candidate must know how to maintain the building and grounds, common areas and work areas. Candidates must be adept at performing repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and other household maintenance repairs. Good communication skills are needed. You must be able to work with the Property Manager, staff, vendors, and residents as a good team player. A car and current driver’s license are required. Assistant Property Manager

Candidate should have COS or RIM, Public Housing Rent Calculation Specialist and have a minimum of 1 -2 years experience in residential property management. Knowledge of Tax Credit and Section 8 Housing Programs needed. Qualified candidates must be well organized, have good written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency. Knowledge of HUD regulations governing assisted housing and REAC inspection criteria also needed. Qualified candidates should have a BS in Accounting with 4-6 years of experience in real estate or public accounting. Applicants should be detail-oriented and exhibit excellent initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
