Assist with audits of assigned properties.
Provide accurate and timely responses to information requests from management, auditors and owners.
Qualified candidates should have a BS in Accounting with 4-6 years of experience in real estate or public accounting. Applicants should be detail-oriented and exhibit excellent initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills. Advanced MS Excel ability and experience with Yardi property management software a plus.
