Assistant Property Manager with Leasing Experience for a property on the Southeast Side of Chicago. Candidate should have COS or RIM, Public Housing Rent Calculation Specialist and have a minimum of 1 -2 years experience in residential property management. Knowledge of Tax Credit and Section 8 Housing Programs needed. Qualified candidates must be well organized, have good written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency. Knowledge of HUD regulations governing assisted housing and REAC inspection criteria also needed. Candidates must help monitor and supervise maintenance employees and contractors to ensure that premises are maintained to company standards. Candidate reports to the Property Manager.
