Responsibilities:
- Direct client support, issue resolution, and IT project management.
- Maintain, manage and troubleshoot systems configuration, which includes workflows, security permission levels, user access and Active Directory groups, and customization of ERP system menus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated solutions.
- Coach team members to improve their technology, product and industry knowledge; explain problem-solving techniques, and provide guidance for communicating with clients.
- Manage and maintain applications and systems, including support of infrastructures such as servers and networks.
- Collaborate with the Company’s technology partners, managing their response to incidents, enhancements or maintenance of the systems and application(s)
- Create and maintain system/process documentation, procedures and policies.
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking of all IT assets and licenses.
Desired Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with Yardi Property Management System, Google Apps for Business and Network Administration highly desired
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
- Prior experience in desktop or customer support environment supporting various hardware and software.
- Must be detailed-oriented and have a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to relate highly technical information in a clear and easily understood manner to non-technical personnel.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and service-minded individual.
