25,000 sq ft of retail space in the Illinois Medical District
Gateway Retail was completed in 2019 and was designed to bring much needed retail space to the Illinois Medical District. The two building consisting of 25,000sqft of retail located at 2020 W Ogden were successfully leased during the covid-19 pandemic and include tenants such as Starbucks, Chipotle, AT&T, Jimmy John’s, Panda Express, Pita Pita, Five Guys, Scrub Depot, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Eye Q Optique.
